Privately upload your student / staff card or current official evidence. It must show your name, Faculty of Pharmacy affiliation and active status. Add a second document if needed.
Promote after approval
Use your personal sales link and issued coupons. The 100% clean-profit benefit applies to eligible later sales while your approval remains valid.

Only active Stripe-issued coupons assigned to your account can be shared. Discounts reduce the sale amount and the clean profit available.
Flexible proof. Private review.
A current student or staff card may be enough if it shows your name, UiTM Faculty of Pharmacy and active validity. Otherwise, add current enrolment or employment confirmation. A UiTM email, an expired card or a university-only card does not establish active Pharmacy faculty status by itself.
Use one or two clear JPEG, PNG, WebP or PDF files, up to 3 MB each. Keep your name, issuer, faculty and active validity visible. Cover unrelated MyKad details, address, barcode and payment information. No portal password or academic results are needed.
Documents are encrypted and reviewed by the MERCY owner. A scan does not authenticate a university record automatically. Proof access expires after 30 days; daily cleanup removes expired files. Your approval includes a review expiry, and renewal may be required.
What does 100% clean profit mean?
The amount actually received for an eligible sale, minus the actual Stripe fee and confirmed applicable tax deductions. The remaining amount belongs to the approved affiliate; the publisher receives RM0. Coupons reduce the sale amount. Refunds, disputes and failed payments can reduce or reverse earnings.

Examples use an assumed 3% + RM1 fee. Actual Stripe fees and confirmed applicable tax determine settled earnings. These are examples, not guaranteed income.
Payout review and preparation take place daily at 10:00 PM Malaysia time. Transfer completion depends on verified fees and tax, available funds and bank processing. Bank receipt at 10:00 PM is not guaranteed.

Before you begin
Does registration immediately activate the 100% rate?
No. Registration creates the standard affiliate account and free personal app access. The Faculty of Pharmacy UiTM clean-profit rate begins after private proof approval and applies to eligible later sales while your active status remains valid.
Can all UiTM students, alumni and staff apply?
This benefit is specifically for current active students and staff of the Faculty of Pharmacy, UiTM. Alumni and other faculties can join the standard affiliate programme, subject to its terms.
What if I have a problem?
Use the private support form to explain what went wrong and track our reply. Include an application or order reference if you have one. Send eligibility documents only through the secure proof form; never paste passwords, OTPs, private app serials or bank details into a support message.
