Every registered affiliate receives one free personal copy of The Guide App, marked “Affiliate version — Not for sale”. Existing affiliates receive the same benefit through their dashboard. No app purchase is required.

Your free affiliate copy is personal and cannot be resold, transferred or gifted. Customer purchases and paid gift copies use the normal checkout. The usual serial, email sign-in and two-device / one-active-reader controls apply.

Payouts depend on verified eligible sales, available funds and payment completion. Refunded or disputed sales may be held or reversed. Keep your own income records for tax purposes.

Programme terms and privacy rules apply to all sales. There are no recruitment fees. Commissions arise from eligible product sales.
Why can't I see my earnings?
Earnings and sales are shown only after verified information is returned by MERCY's secure reports service. A missing number does not imply zero sales. Contact support if you expect a report.
Where do buyers use my coupon?
On Stripe's secure payment page, not on mercyseries.com. A valid coupon can reduce the RM16 price by RM1–RM7. Coupons must first be issued and registered to your own account.
When can I withdraw money?
Save your payout details here, then request processing. Only verified eligible earnings can be processed. The dashboard shows the confirmed schedule and payment records; requesting does not itself send money.
Can I share the link without a coupon?
Yes. Your personal sales link opens the standard RM16 Stripe checkout and can carry your affiliate reference for reconciliation.
