I paid, but the app asks for a serial.
Open the delivery email sent to the address used at Stripe checkout and check Spam or Junk. Open The Guide App, choose Start reading, enter your private serial and request a sign-in code. If the delivery email is missing, send a support request below using the purchase email and payment date. Please avoid paying again while the first payment is being checked.
Where do customers enter an affiliate coupon?
Enter the affiliate’s code on Stripe’s secure checkout page before paying. Check the discounted total there. A promotion code and an app activation serial have different purposes. Affiliates can manage their codes in the affiliate dashboard.
Can I reinstall the app?
Yes. Reopen the reader, enter your serial and request a fresh email code. Each copy supports two registered devices. If a replaced phone or cleared browser prevents access, tell support so the device records can be checked.
Find my app email and serial
Enter the email address used at checkout. If we find an eligible paid copy, its app link and serial will be sent to that same address. This does not create a new payment.
Buy and send a digital gift
Buy one copy using your own checkout email, then return here before activating it. Enter the serial from your delivery email and the recipient’s email. We will send a transfer confirmation code to the current owner’s email; once confirmed, the recipient receives a new private serial and app link.
Only an unactivated copy can be given through this form. The transfer replaces the original serial. Each recipient receives their own copy and sign-in codes at their own email address.

Open means your request is awaiting review. In progress means the team is working on it. Waiting for you means a reply is needed. You can reply to a resolved ticket to reopen it.
