An authorised adult representative must show registration and current operating evidence. Payouts go to the verified institution’s bank account.
Apply for your institution →What does “clean profit” mean? The amount actually received for an eligible sale, less the actual Stripe processing fee and confirmed applicable tax deductions. The remaining amount goes to the approved beneficiary; the publisher’s share is RM0. It is not 100% of the customer’s purchase price. Coupons reduce the sale amount, and refunds or disputes can reduce or reverse earnings. No fixed income is promised.
Payout review and preparation take place daily at 10:00 PM Malaysia time. Transfer completion depends on verified fees and tax, available funds and bank processing; this is not a guarantee that money reaches the bank at 10:00 PM.
Active UiTM Faculty of Pharmacy students & staff
Active students and staff of UiTM’s Faculty of Pharmacy can apply for the full clean-profit share after private proof approval. The publisher receives RM0. Register an affiliate account first, then use the same Google account to submit proof below.
Scan or upload your student / staff card or other current official evidence showing your name, Faculty of Pharmacy affiliation and active status. If one document does not establish all three, add a second supporting document such as current enrolment or employment confirmation. A UiTM email or a card showing only the university is not enough by itself.
Approval applies to eligible sales made after approval, while active eligibility remains valid. Renew by the review expiry shown in your account, and tell us if your active status ends. Existing fee, tax, refund and dispute checks apply.

Active Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia staff can apply for 100% of verified clean profit from eligible affiliate sales after private proof approval. Publisher share: RM0.
Upload proof privately. The MERCY owner reviews eligibility before activating the special rate. Approval applies to eligible later sales while your approval remains valid.
Choose no discount or any issued coupon from RM1 to RM7 off. Actual Stripe fees, confirmed applicable tax, refunds and disputes determine final earnings.

For OKU: scan or upload one clear OKU card. Keep the cardholder’s name and JKM issuer visible. You may cover unrelated MyKad details, address, diagnosis and barcode. Do not upload medical reports or a selfie.
For an orphanage or orphan school: upload two documents: registration or relevant operating authorisation, and evidence dated within the past 180 days that the institution is currently operating. Provide its registered name, registration number and official website or registry link.
Current care-centre, school or relevant religious-authority documentation may be used. Organisation registration alone does not establish that an orphanage or school is active. Do not send children’s photographs, student lists or residents’ personal data.
Accepted files: JPEG, PNG, WebP or PDF, up to 3 MB each. Reviewers may request a clearer copy or an official status confirmation if the evidence is insufficient.

Eligible cardholders can apply separately for personal app access and the affiliate benefit. Affiliate earnings require a registered account, approval and genuine eligible paid sales. A free app claim does not generate a commission.
After approval, MERCY sends the app link and a private serial to the verified applicant’s email. Enter the serial in the app, request a fresh email sign-in code, then follow the installation steps. A guardian manages access for the person they represent.
Check the reason in My applications. You may correct the information and submit clearer evidence, or contact support for a review. Do not post your card or proof in a public message.
The affiliate account must be managed by an authorised adult representative. Approved institutions must use a bank account in the verified institution’s registered name. Personal DuitNow or personal bank destinations are not accepted for institution payouts.
Personal free access is issued once per approved cardholder. Affiliate benefits can be reviewed, suspended or revoked if evidence is invalid or eligibility changes. Institutions must renew their evidence by the expiry shown in their approval. Existing payout checks for fees, tax, refunds and disputes continue to apply.
